Psycho-Educational Evaluation
We use norm-referenced assessments and questionnaires to provide a comprehensive assessment in academics (reading, writing, math), a cognitive profile (IQ test), complete ADHD symptomology, and emotional functioning screening/behavior rating scales.
What Is Included?

Purpose of Psycho-educational Evaluation

Fee for Psycho-Educational Evaluation: $1800
Early Childhood Psycho -Educational Evaluation
We use norm-referenced assessments and questionnaires to provide a comprehensive assessment in pre-academics (reading, writing, math), a cognitive profile (IQ test), and behavior rating scales. This is for children who are preschool age.
Fee for Early Childhood Psycho-Educational Evaluation: $1700
ADHD Evaluation
This assessment is designed to rule out or identify ADHD. A norm-referenced cognitive assessment, executive functioning questionnaires, a continuous performance test, and behavior assessment questionnaires will be conducted. Clinicians may recommend additional assessments to determine other causes of concern if ADHD is ruled out.

Identify any executive functioning challenges (organization, focus, effort, emotion regulation, working memory, and action)
Fee for ADHD Evaluation: $1400
Autism Evaluation
This includes all of the testing from the psychoeducational evaluation (see above) plus measures of social communication, social interactions and pragmatic language.

Curiosity IQ
Are you curious about your child’s current level of intellectual functioning? Would you like to identify their strengths and possible weaknesses? This is not considered a diagnostic assessment.
What Is Included?

Recommendations specific to your child based cognitive strengths and weaknesses
Purpose of the Curiosity IQ Evaluation

To gain a more comprehensive understanding of your child’s cognitive profile.

Additional Services
Review of a completed evaluation
Have you received an evaluation from somewhere else (within the last year) and were left feeling overwhelmed, discouraged or not sure where to start? We can help! We will meet with you and your student and help you figure out the next steps.
Fee for reviewing evaluations: $150 an hour
Support and Guidance in an upcoming educational meeting
Do you have an upcoming ARD (Admission Review Dismissal) or educational planning meeting? Do you want guidance regarding possible goals or accomodations? We will review your previous ARD and current IEP (Individual Education Plan) and help give direction and suggestions on possible accommodations and/or modifications.
Fee for support and guidance: $150 an hour
