Katherine (Kat) started her career as a teacher. She has experience in the general education classroom, as well as the special education classroom (PPCD and K-5). She has been involved in the education/diagnosing industry for nine years. Kat has three children, whom she considers to be her greatest accomplishment. She enjoys traveling, baking, and crafting. She is passionate about helping children find their stride and using their strengths to offset their weaknesses.

Dr. Pack (Jacque) earned her Ph.D. from The University of Texas at Austin in educational psychology, with specialties in cognitive behavior therapy and applied behavior analysis. She has worked in the field for 40 years. She has worked in public schools, private schools, and private practice. She specializes in neurodevelopmental disorders, including learning disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, cognitive impairment, and ADHD.
